When I am going any distance... I carry spares of: PTU, CAS, MAF, CTS, TPS, Fuel pump controller, and ECU. On the way back from tennessee last night, 150 miles from home at 2:00 in the morning, on interstate 64 headed west at 80 mph. Pop, flup flup, pow, blululululhhh. The car would still run, but wouldn't rev over 2500 rpm which would get me to 40 mph in fourth so i could get the 6 miles to the next exit. Got to the gas station, tested the first maf by itself by disconnecting the Selin, the car revved fine. Swapped the other one out with the Spare I keep in the back in 10 minutes, and was back on the road in no time. It is good to carry spares.
